Hi I am African American, I traced my ancestors back to 1790 as free on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, USA. Recently I had an analysis of my paternal DNA - the polymorphisms on the non-recombining portions of my Y Chromosome- the information passed from father to son. This segment of my DNA was identified as presently found in Africa in the Central African Republic from the Mbenzele people.
