This is the first I remember hearing of an
AGNEW reuinion. Fantastic!
Count me in and let me know what I can do
to help.
If notice is put out far enough in advance
for travel arrangements I'll bet we could
have a large attendance.
Lookinig forward to it!

Thanks so much for telling us about this Agnew - can you tell me where in
your family the Watkins name surfaced? In 30 years of research I have never seen
the Watkins as a middle name or in connection. Is there a family Bible? of is
is written in a letter or on a picture?
Any info you can offer woudl be appreciated.
Linda
Welcome and good to hear from you on the board. William Agnew is also mine
(and a trillion others ) 4th grt grndfthr. Nancy Agnew was a sister to my
Joseph. You are at the same place in your research that many of us have
been for years , although I have found a William Agnew on the "New jersey
Ratable for the 1780's. I am researching it further and will certainly post
what I find. I hope you will do the same. I have found that not all
information coming from Ancestery.com is correct, although at this p
William Watkins Agnew is my 4 great grandfather. I obtained the name while doing a search on
Ancestry.com. This Agnew was linked with a known family member of mine. However, I have not done any research on this in some time. I have ordered several rolls of microfilm from the LDI Library, but they have not come in. My grandmother was Anna Catherine Kahoe, her mother was Phoebe McKee, her father was Brant Mckee, his mother was Nancy Agney, and her father was William Watkins Agnew.

We have already made arrangements to rent a pavilion at the Winamac Park,
Winamac, Indiana where many of us gathered 30 years ago. You are WELCOME to
come. Saturday, June 11, 2005.
