I need directions to a cemetery in Blaine, AL. I believe Blaine is close to Cherokee Co, AL. And I believe the Davis Cemetery was a little Family Cemetery that was on private property in 1960. Wanda, If I understand it, the certified copy is exactly like the one which can be printed from the BLM website. The online order blank currently has $2.00 as the cost. It can be ordered online or an order form can be printed and then used to order by mail. My husband's grandmother Nora Thompson (maiden name) was married to Edward Costner for only three months before he had a heart attack and died.
