Joyce, I am on quite a few mailing lists, and mail has been VERY scant the last 3 or 4 weeks. Today, all of a sudden, I am getting emails through several lists. Maybe people have not been posting because of Easter??? My problem is that I don't receive messages that I send to the list and as a result, I don't know in a lot of cases that anyone may have responded unless I go through the posted archives. And on other occasions, I will get messages for a week or so and then absolutely nothing again. Hi, Found notes. This is my children's line on their father's side Would like any information on the ancestors of these persons. Joseph Thornton was bn ca 1844, in England. This we are not sure of/ Do not know of any parents or siblings. He married 1886 in Baldwin Cty., Susan Helen Styron, dau of Abisha Styron and Helen Tatum.. There were 6 children, Joseph Robert, Mary, Sarah, William, Arthur and Isabella. My ex-husbands line comes from Joseph Robert Thornton married to Condedean? Morrison. It is said
