1. [ALBALDWI] Civil War Records [1]

In the book "1907 Census of Confederate Soldiers in Alabama" it states "THOMAS TAYLOR: b. 1823 Lexington District, South Carolina. He enlisted in 1864 at Camp Watts, Alabama, in the Home Guards and continued service until the close of the War in 1865". Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this record? I have no idea where to write to obtain a record of this type. Thanks for your time and consideration. Barbara
