Joined effort at Edgefield Courthouse on 2-4-1815, served 16 months until end of war. Discharged at Edgefield Courthouse as private serving under Cap't Olds Co., Col. Austins SC Regiment. Married Synthia Grey in South Carolina. Had the following Children: 1 Lewis Arthur Youngblood Born 1827, Edgefield, S.C.died 91-1869 in Benton Co (now CALHOUN CO) Alabama, Married Mary

2. New Civil War site [1]

There is a new CW site I just ran across and it looks great. Its at www.mycivilwar.com It has listings of POW camps and has some descriptions. I know the guy that is doing it and he is going like gang busters To get every little battle and skirmish up. Brian
