5. Will your family be included? [1]
Will your family be left out of the "Heritage of Autauga County" book? Will your family history and stories be there for your children and grandchildren to enjoy? The following is an up to date list of the surnames for which we have at least one story submitted. If your family is not listed, they won't be in the book. The deadline is August 31st so you still have plenty of time to submit an article. There is no charge for submitting an article and you do not have to order a book. Let me know if you need a b

8. Autauga Heritage Book [1]
There was an error in this month's newsletter from the Heritage of Alabama folks. The deadline for Autauga County is August 31st rather than October 31st. You still have plenty of time to send in your stories. For family stories, if your family came to Autauga before 1890 you can submit up to 1,000 words and two photos FREE. If they came after 1890 you can submit up to 500 words and one photo FREE. That is words per story, not words per submitter. You can submit more than one story at no charge. Words beyo

Lynda, you are an angel! I have been looking for the burial places of the following people who lived in Autauga and Perry Counties before Chilton was formed and perhaps were buried in what is present-day Chilton. It will be much bigger and better than this year's reunion. We plan to have many more venders and booths. We checked the dates and there seem to be no conflicts with other events in the area.
