Don't forget the list archives has a copy of every email. I believe there
are large volumes of genealogy data there already, and of course and
argument or two to keep things interesting. Recipes, etc. etc.

The GI's who were in Korea when "Hanoi Jane" was there were more than
offended. They were outraged. My husband was one of them. He hasn't
changed his opinion to this day.

Thanks Judy, you were the one who provided me the information in the first
place. Unfortunately, I am away from home on business and the only thing I
have access to is my site, which does not contain the source information. This
is a shame. I am sure that in my actual files I have properly credited you and
the original source page. I believe you even sent me a copy of the pages did
you not? I apologize for not properly crediting you in the previous email but

Harold,
That burst my bubble. My Asbury White was a staunch Primitive Baptist. I am
hoping his Mother was an Asbury or his Grandmother or something. That is
the only other thing I know to do to try to trace him. Being in Georgia in
1840, but, born in NC, but, no county........Oh how simple life could be.
I will always look for my Bass & most of my Parkers in the Methodist Church
first. That is usually where they are.
Thanks,
Winnette

If you still have your welcome letter from when you joined the Dale list, it
has the name of the Administrator on it. I deleted mine because I was not
paying attention to what I was doing. Another senior moment. Winnette

This all is still being researched but at this time I have:
William Fish Collins born May 19, 1849 was the son of Uriah D. Collins and
Aquilla Johnston. Aquilla was the daughter of Whitmill Johnston and
Elizabeth Messer. Aquilla also had a sister Bartilla Johnston born 1820.
That's all I have right now
Jimmie, thanks for the 'welcome'- we were in your neck of the woods as
we went to my home town of Tarpon Springs and the famous Clearwater
beach-- things have sure changed! Going through St. Pete, I saw the
off ramp to Largo and thought of you!Harold
