1870 & 1880 US Census in both Louisiana and Texas. He died between 1852 - 6

Looking for information on a Caldwell Family who lived in Orville, Alabma
later moving to Prichard, Alabama. Father, George; wife Lucy; children,
John Roosevelt, Daisey and stepdaughter Helen. John Roosevel attended
Mobile County Training School in Mobile, graduated and attended Straight
College in New Orleans. Daisey died in her early thirtys or late twentys
in Mobile. She had no children. I think the family would have been in
Orville prior to 1912. John was born on May 2, 1912.
Check the Selma Library. They have lots of cemetery lists. Possibly they
can help.
