If you will place a query on the ROSEBRAUGH board you will probably get some help with finding your Salathiel. Also, if he lived in Illinois you will need to place a query on that board.
This is the Henry County Alabama Board.
Good luck..

I am still trying to find someone related to Robert Washington Brown and his wife, Mary Emily Wright. Robert died in 1930 at the age of 81. Document I have indicates his father was a James Brown (SC) and his mother Nancy (MNU) (SC). Also listed is a J. D. Brown of Clopton, AL. Robert is buried in the Prospect Cemetery. Thanks for your help.

I am told John Parker was the Administrator of
Robert Parker's will in Henry Co. Al.
I do not even know when Robert died, so finding
this will could tell me a lot. Is there a list available
that will give me a book and page number so
that I can order a copy of the will?
Also, I need to make contact with Mary Fowler.
Betty McCray said you have info on our line of Parkers.
We are from Salathiel and you are from F. M. right?

I have made some changes to the Henry County Main Page Table of Contents.
Also I have added a Henry County Research Guide Which Contains How-Too to
access the following records. This a work in progress and like all pages on
this site are subject to change as new information becomes available. The
page also contains where available addresses, phone numbers and online links
to these and other resources. County Basic Information ~ Vital Records ~

Hoping someone has proof of birth date of my gr gr gr grandmother,
Elizabeth Reeder. She was daughter of William Nathan Reeder and Rebecca
Collins and wife of Shadrick Dykes/Dikes.
All the reports I have seen says she was born in 1816 in NC, but the
1850 and 1860 Covington County censuses indicate that she was born about
1826. The 1850 census says she was 24 years old and the 1860 census says
she was 35 years old, that consistency leads me to believe that she was
probably born in 1826 and not 1816.

Penelope (John Green HOLLEY's mother) was my ggg-grandmother. I'm descended
through her second husband, Rev. Joseph Ellison ALBRITTON. Penelope was a
daughter of David WATSON.
John HOLLEY died in July 1828, leaving Penelope and six children. Penelope
went back to Laurens County GA and married 18 year old ALBRITTON one year
after HOLLEY's death. The couple returned to Henry Co AL, and Penelope had
another six children with ALBRITTON.
Information gathered from ALBRITTON's second wife's widow's pension
