Hi Ted,
Remember me from the LOVE list? Well, I had lots of people in Lowndes
County, but no LOVES. I looked up your Snelgroves and Pearmans in the book I
alluded to in my posting and didn't find much, but here it is for what it's
worth.
Lowndes Court House, by Brewer
pg. 274:
SNELGROVE, LARKIN & ELIZABETH WILSON M. jAN. 8, 1853 by Rev. David Lee
pg. 262:
PEARMAN, D.Z.T. & N.A. TUCKER (J.G.) m. Oct.20, 1870 by Thos.Blake (J.P)
Hope this helps some,
Carole

Dear Lowndes County people,
The offer to send a scanned copy of any of these photos is for everyone, not
just for Gordons. It just occured to me that George in uniform must be one of
Fred Gordon's ancestors or collaterals.
Please forgive me for the length of the former posting. I had to resend it
from the Alabama list because it bounced. The address of this list is NOT
ALLOWNDES....there is no S on it. Be warned.
Carole
