Colleagues, There is a grassroots effort to put PA death certificates from 1958 and earlier online. The web site for the project is http://users.rcn.com/timarg/PaHR-Access.htm. In addition to a description of the effort, the site has sample letters to state officials, a flyer to post in libraries, and a document with talking points.
