Head of household name is indexed as "Can" and does look to be that on the
image, but I searched 1880 for him and got no hits by that name. Thought the
1880 record might give a lead as to Myrtle's mother, but came up
empty...sorry.

The only thing I know is: they were farmers. The one man had twin sons in

Thanks.

Lola,
I am sorry but I am having no luck in locating Elizabeth. Perhaps you can
get a copy of Nancy's marriage record for the name of her father and then
you can try again.

I had an aunt that married into the Bivens family, so I have one e-mail
address for a Lona Bivens, who as I remember may have been the daughter or
daughter in law of John Bivens. It is lona_b@hotmail.com. She might be able
to give you some better information.

Thank you Becky. As far as I can tell, this is the one.

Hello Bob,
Yes, I'm the one looking for Bevans or other spellings of the surname.
She might be connected to the family I'm looking for but just where I
don't know.
The only information I have is the family was in AR then moved to OK &
finally ended up in CA.
Thanks for this information.

Hi, I'm looking for David Flint Pickens b. 1822 MS and wife Martha M. b. 1830 TN.
We found them living in Clay twp., White Co. AR in 1860 & 1880. In 1900 living in Mountain twp,. Cleburne Co. AR. I am most interested in 1870 because my g. grandfather Robert B. Pickens would be in this one. He was b. 1866 AR and died in 1904 AR so would only be in three censuses.
Thank you for your help,
Carolynn Roy

Would someone please look for the George E. Isom/Esom/Isam family in 1900?
George should be about 62, has wife Eliza/Liza/Joanna who would be 46.
Children that may be at home are: George D., William B, Mary Lou, Jennie R,
John, Paul, Josie, Elihew, Oscar and Robert. I found them in 1910 in Van
Buren County; in 1880 they were still in Limestone County, AL. By children's
birthdates looks like they relocated to AR about 1886. Thanks for the help!
Kathy
Thank you Linda.
