There are no Pursers with the spelling PURSER indexed in 1900 Arkansas at
all. One PErser (EJ) indexed in 1900 Drew County.
There are several Pursers in 1910 Arkansas, but none indexed in 1910 Little
Rock nor Pulaski County.
Sorry I wasn't able to help,

NJ, I can't find him either. Does your index have the capability to search
with specifics other than correct-spelling surname? If so, would you please
be so kind as to check Ashley County for males whose last name begins with
"CUN" and "CUM" whose birthplace was Kentucky and age would be about 58?
All I have for 1900 and 1910 is Genealogy.com which is exact-spelling
searchable only.
Thanks,

Gloria,
Maybe missed in the moving process. 1930 is every-name indexed, so what
bothers me is that none of her children are indexed either, which makes me
think they may have been indexed as something other than Cunningham. I will
try again and concentrate on just those two counties. If anything comes up,
I will re-post.

James Jamison McElroy, born NC, was living at Bellefonte, Boone Co., AR by late 1870. I believe he is still on the Boone Co census in 1880. His wife was Margaret Saphronia (Weaver) McElroy. I appreciate any help you can give me.

Many thanks for the lookup. This family is listed as Negro and my
Arkansas Bryant family was White.
Fortunately Linda found him for me.
I sure appreciate the great help.

Linda,
There were no Wilkerson/Wilkinson/Wilkeson families indexed in 1910
Independence County at all. There were also no John nor JW Wilkerson/etc.
indexed anywhere in the state who were near 25 years old and born in AR. In
the 1900 census John was also not indexed, but would have only been fifteen
years old, give or take a couple, and would most likely have been enumerated
in the household of his parents. Do y
I am searchinmg for the household of a Brumley containing the following:
Jesse Ellison Brumley
James Brumly
Wash Brumley
John L. Brumley
I am thinking maybe they are all brothers, and the census will help put them
in the same household.
Each is found on the 1900 census for Calhoun Co.in own household.
Thanks for any help,

Husband: Alexander Gillespie Gamble
Wife: Nancy Matilda Woods Gamble
Lived in either Pea Ridge or Centerton, Benton County, Tennessee.
Also that decade or prior decade, Alexander's mother, Mary Russell Gamble Bowling, same area, may have been living with them.
Thank you!
Would someone please check 1920 or 1930 Arkansas for Vester Fewell b 1884 in Ala.Thank you Dolores

Searching for Jefferson and Mary Turner, 1900 census; they lived in Bradley
Co. in the 1880 census (before they married in 1885) but they seem to be
missing in 1900. Some of the family moved to TX and CA so I may have to
look elsewhere but I'm hoping they're still in AR.
Thanks,

Wanda,
I tried every spelling for Garrett that I could think of, both with one and
two "R"s, an couldn't find this fellow anywhere in Arkansas in 1870, either
as Theophilus (all spellings) or TE. There is one TT Garett indexed in
Hempstead County, age 45, born in Alabama. If that's him, give a holler
back and I will try again.
Sorry I wasn't able to help.

May I please have a lookup for Cora Houston in the 1900 Logan Co census? She
would've been about 14 years old. I don't know what her parents' names were.
Thank you,

N. J. Skinner White - thank you for trying. I don't think this is my George
Bates, but I really appreciate your help. My George was 50 years old in 1880
and was born in KY. Of course, in 1900 it doesn't give a place of birth and
in 1910 it says MO. so that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Thanks again.
