Sounds great!
This year I resolve to find:
James CONNELLY/CONLEY in New York early 1850s.

Hey guys!
I know that, a lot of lists, for Thanksgiving, did the "Who would you
invite to dinner" with our Ancestors, but lets do a new one (especially
since we have several new members), a little different, for the New Year.
How about a "This year I resolve to find..........." and list your most
wanted ancestor. Who knows, someone may just have the resources we need to
find some of these folks!
Whatcha think?? :o)

That Diana, always stirring things up ... there she goes again !
Well, I will offer the quest for grandpa Golladay. Notice, not even great or
great great . One would think that it would be duck soup to find a grandpa
for goodness sake. Not so " archival-breath" .. it just isn't so.
John Golladay was in Stuttgart, AR as a railroad man in 1900. Like any
respectable census taker, his had to mis-spell his name as Golidy. That
census has him as a boarder, single man, born 46 years ago in Ohio.
