If you haven't been to the Clay County Surname Research Page lately, it
might be worth a trip. The surnames are flying in.
Too many to mention!

I just discovered these books for sale at the Corning library. For
those that are interested in them, here is the information...
All proceeds from these books will go to the Corning Library...
"History and Traditions of Clay County" compiled by Robert T. Webb. This
reprint of the 1933 volume is without the 15 pictures in the original,
but it has been indexed by surname. Seventy-eight pages. Paper cover and
comb binding. Price $12.00, plus postage and handling.
"Corning, Arkansas, City Directory, 1926"
Clay Co. AR Obit page was updated today
http://www.cswnet.com/~bbarnes/ClayObit.htm
I can't remember if I told everyone or just intended to...
Anyway, I update the Obit page once a week and I update the query page
as the queries come in, at least once a week, sometimes more.

So, keep checking back even if I forget to tell you about the updates.
