Hello list,
I am needing info on a John Tory, Charles, or Walter Lawrence living in Mountainburg area in 1920. Their sister died in that area in 1920 while visiting.
Also, does anyone have the address where I can obtain a death certificate from that county in 1920?
Thanks,
Peggy Wood Lewis
I saw this site on another list. Great basic information
on Alabama counties. It can maybe help some people new
to genealogy.

Greetings, all...
Does anyone have the mailing address for the Crawford County
Historical Society? I have an address on my site, but I've had several
people tell me mail to that address being being returned.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I just checked the Ancestors of Dyer, Vol. I, which includes the Dyer,
Henson, Morse, and Nelso cemeteries. No Blaylocks listed, which is a bit
surprising. I do know that the Blaylocks who lived on Georgia Ridge (above
Dyer) were good friends of my mother's brother. That Blaylock might have
been a son or grandson. Sorry, but I don't know his name.
Nor were they listed in Vol. II, which includes a variety of other
cemeteries - family and some surrounding communities, even obits of former
Dyer residents buri

Still looking for death date and burial place (or any record) of
William Newton BLAYLOCK (d. 1910), and his wife Sarah Elizabeth
(GARRETT) BLAYLOCK (d. 1924) in or near Van Buren, Crawford Co.
From family conversations, burial could be in Dyer, AR. Does anyone
have Dyer Cemetery records? Thanks!
