8. HENLEY 1870 census [1]
Recent information given me, says there was a Samuel Henley in Spring Hill township in the 1870 Hempstead County Census Page 491. I would like to know if anyone has any information on this Samuel Henley. It may be my great grandfather, and if so, am also looking for a Bailey family that may have also been there in 1870, since I haven't been able to locate marriage data for Samuel Henley and Virginia Bailey, married about 1873-1874. Thank you for any response. Jettie Henley Parrish
