The early Arkansas records stored at the Powhatan Courthouse have been moved while the courthouse/museum is being renovated. We are looking for information on the family of Zilpher Saulsberry/Saulsbury Elaine says she has a small, dark picture of a lady--on the back it looks like old writing in pencil.
