My great grandfather lived there in 1880 for the census. Don't know how many years before or after that, that he lived there. This summer found in the court records where he had sold some horses. Unfortunately, the book didn't open very good and the person coming the records didn't the full info for me. Now I have to go look at LDS and see if their films are better -- if they copied it. Hello list- I am looking for information on a Elton Sanders or Saunders. His father was Tinsley Crutchfield Sanders, Elton was from Yell county, Ark and Married Mittie Thompson in 1911. she and Elton had a child together but died. Mittie left Elton because of abusiveness. I am web page coordinator for Nevada County USGenWeb Project page. I live in Gonzales County, Texas. My ancestors from Arkansas, Lee J Waldrep and Susan Victoria Henry were married in Nevada County in 1882, and moved to Texas some 8 to 10 years later.
