12. [ARPHILLI] Roll Call - Stubbs [1]
I subscribed to this list to try to find my great-uncle, Sylvanis (Vann) T. Stubbs (born 1899 - died after 1920). My grandmother said that he died in Helena, Phillips County, Arkansas, in the/his thirties. However, kind people on the general Arkansas lists that I belong to have checked and cannot find a Sylvanis (Vann) Stubbs on the death index or in a cemetery record. So, does anyone have any ideas?
