Sorry there is no ATWOOD, Massachusetts. I have
a couple of ATWOOD Cemeteries, a bunch of streets,
and a brook, but no town or village by the name.
What family do you descend ?

England that she was fortunate to see and photograph. However, through no

on my GIBBS family I corresponded with a gentleman in England. I asked him if
he lived near the area could he photograph the plaques for "all of US". He
said he was going to Syria for business and would be gone for awhile, but that

both Wallace and Walter in his name, as those are the names of twins in
our family. Sure caught my attention for a minute, though! The guy they
are discussing lived in Mass, not Conn. Diane Delbridge

Did I mention Asaph ATWOOD? I don't think I did. Does anyone have him in
their files?
Who was he in this tangled web?
I have Asaph ATWOOD in Carver, died July 26, 1870 age 93 years 10 months. The
source is the Nemasket Gazette.
I have Polly, wife of Asaph ATWOOD Jr. and d/o Eliah WARD, Esq of Carver and
that she died May 5, 1853 at the age of 37.
Look forward to hearing from you!
