Can anyone help me track down Francis Chas ROWLAND and his wife Sarah BULCHER.
The only information that I have is from their daughters marriage index.
Elizabeth ROWLAND, apparently born in Sydney. From her death date and age she would have been born circa 1851, but I can't find this.

Also, looking for connections to Michael and Bridget KANE or CAIN, whose
son Michael died aged 22 years, in 1878, near Hay, NSW [6386/1878]. He
is believed to be buried at Conapaira Station near Hay, NSW.
It is possible that this is the same family who were at Braidwood, NSW
in 1856. They may also have had a daughter named Bridget.
Any help gratefully accepted.

Dear Listers,
I was wondering if someone could help me. I am looking for a James SINCLAIR.
According to the death certificate of James SINCLAIR, who died in 1898 in Melbourne, he married Eleanor DINGWALL in Albury in 1871. The only record that may be possible, that I can find, in a marriage of James to Eleanor KEYS in Albury in 1874.
Also according to the death certificate, he had a son James SINCLAIR who was 24 in 1898. So he would have been born about 1874. I can't find a record of birth for him ar

You may want to try the Rugby League Hall of Fame at http://rl1908.com/ I
did a search on Ackland but it seemed to default to Auckland. Still, it may
give some clues where else to look. There is also a book which you might be
able to get from your local library which could help -

I would like to write to a newspaper in the above area to see if there is an obituary for William Henry HAYCOCK who died 7 Aug 1975 (or 8 July). As I cannot get a death certificate for three years yet, I would like to find an obit. There is a very clear possibility that we have living relatives in NSW. We would like to get in touch with them.
Many thanks for help.

Hello to all
I am researching Robert Daniel MCKEAGUE
He was b. 07-06-1917 in NZ
He m. Irene RYAN in 1948. (Possibly in Adelaide) I believe this to be his second marriage. Indeed, I believe she was also married before.
I am trying to get information on bothof their previous marriages and any possible children resulting from these marriages. Also, what was the cause of the first marriage termination. ie death, divorce.
thanks to anyone who can help

Thanks to all of you who have replied about my Maker/Moore mystery. The
posting should have referred to 1862 not 1962 (my error). I have had some
good advice as to how to find the Bangalore birth, however no marriage
record. This is strange as the birth certificates states that the parents
were married in Sydney in 1862. What could the scenarios be I wonder. All
marriages would be recorded somewhere wouldn't they?
Mank thanks
