Hi Wal,
Yes, your memory is correct re the SMITH name and my connection with Karen
Mills. We still keep in touch and up-to-date when we can.
Sorry but it must be a different PEARSON family that you are looking for
than the one I have.

Hi Evelyn,
I too have Elias Googe & Isabella Clark in my tree (well my partner's
actually). Elias was a brother to my partner's 3x great-grandmother
Elizabeth Googe, who married Thomas Thompson at Scone, NSW in 1859.

In the last couple of years since I have been housebound I have had to deal with lots of societies by mail of one sort or another. Some are excellent but some just tell you - found nothing without listing the resources they did che

If you could tell me I would be very grateful.

Hi Listers,
Would anyone on the list have any information on GARRAWILLA please?
I know the location in general. What I am looking for is a history or a
description of the area in the vicinity.
The location is on the junction of the Oxley Highway and Napier (Garrawilla
Lane) Lane. I also know of the existence of a Garrawilla Spring, Garrawilla
Creek and Garrawilla (Bulga) Mountain.
Nearby is also TIGHEYS Spring and TIGHEYS Creek. Does anyone have
information in this instance please?
Cheers to all

Hi Listers,
Would anyone on the list have any idea of where the property called
"Coolebumbarum" was located please?
G and H COX were the owners in 1839 with W HUME the Super and there were 3
free males and 3 Convicts.
Many thanks

I am searching for descendants of William Nathaniel and Mary Ellen MACK
(nee Martin), 1921 children of this marriage were William, Isabelle,
Ronald, and Raymond John. Mary died in 1926 and William remarried to we
think Eileen Vaughan about 1927. Not sure if there was children to this
marriage.
I am researching this family for a friend of mine who would like to have
a reunion for her mum who turns 80 years old next year.
Thanks in advance

hi wal
Burrundulla still exists but on a much smaller scale and is still in the
hands of Cox family des. of GH Cox. The entrance to the old homestead is
on the Sydney Rd outskirts of Mudgee just before the rail crossing. In
early Census it was referred to as being in 'Bathurst district'. Without
pulling out a heaps of papers I can remember reading the sheet from an
early census.Quoting from Cox manu. p10 In year 1833 the buildings
