My apology to all after catching the badtrans virus.Please be aware that this virus re-transmits all unread messages, sending them under my name, not me personally. My Vet-2000 did not detect it and only the latest update did any good, so it is essential that the latest update is installed in your anti-virus program. Ian

Ian, Please run a Virus Check on your computer.... It apparently picked up my address from my message to the list and generated a message from your address, directly to me with the Bad Trans virus with the attachment..s3Msong.MP3.pif I have deleted the message and attachment.. Best of Luck Gay

Hello Ian, Would you please check your computer and run a virus scan.. It appears you have been infected with the Bad Trans Virus which picked up my address from the list and sent a message from your computer and email address to my email.. The virus was discused as s3Msong.MP3.pif.. Apparently this virus does not allow for direct contact with the sender...so I am trying to let you know through the list... I have updated my virus scanner todaay and scanned my computer for the virus and it comes up clean..

Hello all, I've just been given a copy of the Marriage entry for Wille STROHFELDT and Elizabeth TEIS - 23/7/1889. The Wedding took place in the "German Lutheran Church, Hume Street,Toowoomba". Henry SAAL and Annie Strohfeldt were witnesses. Does anyone have more information about Wille and Elizabeth and their descendants? To Lynne West and other readers I have a Franziska (Frances Ratz) Raatz married to Carl Frederick(Charles) Erbacher. Carl came to Aust with his parents aged 9 on the Auroa in 1853. Frances's parents were Michael Ratz and Annie Mary Reiecher. Charles was a shearer and was living in Ipswich in 1888. They had a dairy farm at Rosewood. And their house burned down. Sunday, 6th May 2001 The Festival was continuous throughout the day, and the SE Qld German Researchers had a great site, in amongst the research section.
