Hi Troy,
Try the local council at Warwick. They were helpful in giving me a location
of an ancestor's grave a few years ago.

Jonathan and David Payne were born in Mildenhall, Suffolk, the sons of Thomas Payne and Mary Webb. They migrated to Queensland in 1857. They settled in Warwick about 1860.
Jonathan Payne later left for NSW, but David Payne, who married Catherine Sarah Jones on 17.3.1864 "at the home of Jonathan Payne on the Warwick Reserve," stayed in the area.
Any further information on David or Jonathan Payne would be appreciated.

My ancestors Henry Smith and Elizabeth Tottle arrived in Queensland in
1858 and settled at Freestone. They had ten children altogether.
Elizabeth's sister Mrs Mary Cox came to Freestone about the same time,
as did a half-brother William Laver Palmer.

Hi list
I must apologise I forgot to finish the date when I believe that Patrick and
his Mother and Sister arrived in Australia. I believe it was around 1869.
The Connolly family of Warwick were his cousins.

Tony,
I can't help with the lookup, but I have a vague memory that I searched
Warwick City Council on the web, and put in a request via that. Failing
that write to them, I can remember they were very helpful and they sent
me a map also. That was about 2 years ago.
