They are not immediate family to Joseph William Curtis, so I hope they will prove to b

9. Re: Police Files [1]
My thanks to all who offered suggestions. I have since obtained all the newspaper articles I could find from the library. They were very thorough. I have visited the Police Museum and they were very helpful. Unfortunately there is not a central file on the case, except for the inquest file. Their suggestion was to go back to the country court where the original hearing occurred. Thanks again, Peter Price, Melbourne, Australia ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter A Price" To:

Can anyone out there tell me where I can get in touch with an Historical Society in the Euroa area. Anyone intending to planning to visit the Bendigo Library need to be aware that will be closing at 1pm on Saturdays instead of 5pm starting this week. I realize that this is primarily a local issue and that the local council has to manage its finances somehow. However many people were using the research facilities of the library when I visited last Saturday. I guess that I was lucky that I picked the right weekend to visit. David, Sydney, NSW
