Hi Everyone
I am researching Sergeant John McGall, who arrived onboard "Mermaid" in 1851
as a Pensioner Guard
John McGall was the 2nd husband of my 4th Great Grandmother Margaret Allan
nee Hume and I am interested finding info' about his time spent as a guard
Thanks
Sharyn
Hi Renee - not sure as to whether this is the same John GORMAN or not but will certainly look into it. Many thanks for the information - it is of great help to me now that I know that I can obtain books through an Inter Library Loan with Battye and my local library.
Once again, thank you for the information, Regards, Kerry
