We've been a bit quiet lately, because we've been busy replacing our old WWW server with a new one with a really big disk so we can fit on a lot more cemetery photos. Hopefully, you should not notice anything different; let us know if anything seems to be broken. We've also added some Google Earth links for many of our cemeteries. If you have Google Earth installed on your PC, you can click on the link and then "fly" in Google Earth to a satellite view of the cemetery (not sure if this is genuinely useful,

The inquest was held on 1st November, 1971. I would suggest she died a few days earlier. As many of you will know I am the convenor of Saving Graves Western Australia and am fighting the renewal process that has been in place at Karrakatta Cemetery (applies to all Western Australian Cemeteries) since 1986. The practice is outdated and outmoded and I do not believe that all options are being explored and considered. In my opinion the removal of headstones from a grave is legalised desecration.
