7. Re: [AZ-CEN] 1910/Unknown/County [1]
Lou I knew this one was going to be a tough one. I am really not sure which name he would be listed under. If his mothers name was Lopez wouldnt it stand to reason any census would go by head of household or the fathers last name? Which is Fernandez. The children I am guessing would not go by a different last name. But the Ca death index has him listed three different ways. All I know for certain is that his name was Mortimer Felix and he was born 1908 in AZ. Supposedly Cocino Co Az. His ftahers name

Kim, Did you receive a reply for this request? This is a tough one to find. Was the surname FERNANDEZ-LOPEZ or just plain LOPEZ? I didn't get any results for the FERNANDEZ-LOPEZ name. I found a 33yr. old Estiban LOPEZ in Coconio Co., but he is listed as single, b. Mexico and he's a boarder working as a Laborer. I then found a 24 yr. old Esteveno LOPEZ also born Mexico listed as a lodger, living on Conglomerate Street in Yavapai Co., Jerome Town. He says he's married 2 yrs., but there's no wife
10. Re: [AZ-CEN] 1910/Unknown/County [1]
Kim, I'm still not having any luck finding Mortimer's parents under the FERNANDEZ name in the 1910 index. As you know, that index is only by head of household so only Esteban/Estevan, etc. would be listed, but I'm not getting any results for the name. I'm sorry I wasn't able to help, Lou ----------------original message--------------------- In a message dated 09/06/04 3:02:28 PM Eastern Daylight Time, cheeksmck@hotmail.com writes: << Lou I knew this one was going to be a tough one. Thank you, Dianne! Margot is thrilled to see her family in print. She says her parents had a short-lived idea about raising chickens there, but returned to Iowa. Hello Darlene, You need to make your request conform to the guidelines for a census look-up in the subject line please i.e.: Year/ County/ Surname Also, please include in body of the message all that you know about the individual i.e.: year of birth if known or approximate age, place of birth, parents & siblings if known. It is also helpful if you have found the individual in a previous census and indicate that information too. Since the 1930 census has an every name index, it is usually easier to find som
