Roger,
I apologize for overlooking this message! I have been working full time
for a couple of years now, on 10 hour shifts, four days a week, and my
genealogy has taken a back seat, I am afraid! Plus, it doesn't help that
my Izard County mailing list messages are clogging up my HALE mailbox! I
haven't really paid a lot of attention to the Hale messages in Izard
County, but need to. I just haven't seen anything familiar about any
queries there.

Mrs. J.G. BACON, a birthday gift from their son "Jay" in November 1864.
Most of the photographs are unidentified, however, a couple do include names

be a Greek sorority symbol.
Based on limited research I believe this may be a photograph of Mabel BACON
daughter of Jacob & Caroline BACON all living in San Francisco during the
1880 census. The family included Ja
Great album! Wish I could claim it but my Bacons were from Cayuga Co NY and
Middletown CT. There is a J [or I] G Bacon age 55, farmer; wife Mary age
47; son John J age 17; George G age 14; and Cynthia Sanford age 24 living in
Candor Twp, Tioga Co., NY in 1860. Could be that family?
