Paul Baird, 51, of Lot-Mud Creek Road Williamburg, Ky., died on Jan. 29 at
the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
He was preceded in death by wife Anna Sue Baird; parents Sherman and Bessie
Baird; brothers Everett Baird and Bobby Hicks.
He is survived by sons Shawn Colby Baird, Derek Tyler Baird and Daniel Paul
Baird, all of Williamsburg, Ky.; daughter Rosetta Terry of Williamsburg,
Ky., one granddaughter; brothers Emmit Baird of Morristown, Sherman Baird

Thomas Baird aqnd Jane Baird married about 1818 and farmed in Derryhennet Parish of Derrynoose, South County Armagh. Children were John, born1820 who married Eliza Nugent in 1846; James born 1821 who married Elizabeth Mitchell in 1851; Jane born abt. 1822 and Margaret born 1823 who married James Dunlop in 1850. Last week you requested information about Joseph Baird, b. 1775, from
Wilkes Co., NC. I looked for him in the 1790 NC Census, but could not
locate him. I did find a Joseph Baird in the 1840 SC, Chester Co.,
Census, page 316.
The only other information that I can find regarding your Joseph Baird,
is in the form of clues. A Civil War Pension Application, applied for
by James Baird for his father, Joseph Baird E32 KY INF Application
#399 103 Certificate # 267 318. The state from which filed
