6. from listowner...read! (part 2) [1]
I am getting very frustrated with people not sending anything to the lists. (Eller and Barringer excluded since I only started them last week, but I don't want you to follow how the rest have been so far). I started (or in the case of Black and Kern adopted) these lists because I wanted to help people find connections on their lines...so far I don't think that has happened because hardly anyone has posted anything to these lists, all i get are people subscribing or unsubscribing. I would like in the next

8. from the listowner:) [1]
First off, thanks for being the first people to join my Barringer and Eller lists. Right now there are only 3 people on each list (3 on Barringer and 3 on Eller), 1 person on each is me. So that makes only 2 others besides me on them. If you would like you can go ahead and start posting your lines, however; if you want you can wait til there are more that join the list (I'll email again when there are about 5-10 subscribed), that is perfectly understandable:) Happy hunting. 11. First post [1]
Erin, Thank you for starting this list. The HARKEY-L has been informed and you will have more members shortly. Martin Harkey living in Cabarrus NC was born poss. 1744-46 in PA. ? Martin married Catherine Barringer. All genealogists who have traced the family agree on this. I have searched Barringer and am almost positive that this Catherine Barringer was not from the John Paul, George or Mathias family .In other words she was not their sister nor was she a daughter to any of those three. Now I am lookin

16. 1790 Census info [1]
Hello everyone. I have all the 1790 Census info on all these surnames from the states this census was taken (all of them I believe). I don't have a lot of time right now to put this info on the homepage as it takes me about 3-4 per surname (black takes me about 6-7 hours) so if you would like me to look up someone, just let me know and I will reply ASAP. You can also go to http://www.ancestry.com/ancestry/search.asp and they have the census there too under the 10 day free databases, but these don't list

Thank you, Erin, for urging us to submit ONE name if that's all we have--because that's all I have, one unproven, undocumented name: Catherine (BARRINGER?), b abt 1745?, d abt 1824 Cabarrus Co. NC; m (abt 1763) Martin HARKEY, b abt 1740-45 poss. PA, d 1807 Cabarrus Co. NC.
