then post info from related court records. I don't see any problem with
copyright of this because usually copyrights last 50 years, and there is
no copyright restriction mentioned on the page.

Charles? I believe Charles married into the Redwine line (I don't have my
info with me right now). Nicholas is from Rowan Co. and Charles was in
Iredell Co. during one census year and then came down to

Hi I am seeking info on Catherine Barringer born 1748 NC. She died 1824
Cabbarrus Co NC. She is thought to have married Martin Harkey/Herche in
1763/4. If anyone knows of this very elusive lady please share with me

source cites "Dr. Rumple's History of Rowan County, N.C". and another
cites "History of North Carolina, published in 1919 by Lewis Pub. Co.

I have copy of an article written in 1934 titled, "First Barringer
Reunion". It refers to a few Catherine Barringers.

Since there is some interest in the John Paul line and the Peter -
Nicholas Charles (which is somehow connected with John Paul), I will
