6. Re: [BIDDLE-DNA] sale ends tomorrow night [1]
Hi Diana, I want to be tested and have contacted the Slovak Group Project Adminstrator to join. I am considering the FF+y32 thinking I might be getting the biggest bang for my bucks. (Neither my surname nor my presumed biological gr-grandfather's surname are on the List with the Slovak Group, so I still need to find someone by that surname to really solve that mystery.) However I am also a bit confused and frankly suspicious of the pricing of these tests. The summer sale includes: Y-DNA37 Was $149

9. [BIDDLE-DNA] sale ends tomorrow night [1]
Hello List, Just a reminder that the sale on testing for new members ends tomorrow night at midnight: http://biddleetc.org/BEhome.html#Sale Kits have a long shelf life, so even if you're still looking for a cousin to test, this would be a good time to purchase a kit. Typically, FTDNA has two sales per year on testing for new members: one at mid-summer (this one) and another during the winter holiday season, in December. Note that this sale also includes a substantial reduction on the FamilyFinder upgrad

15. [BIDDLE-DNA] 67-marker test discounted, too [1]
When FTDNA initially announced it's "Sizzling Summer Sale," the one test they did not include in the list of discounted tests was the 67-marker test. I must admit I wasn't happy about that because that is the test I most highly recommend. I just discovered on the project price list textbox that the 67-marker test *is* being discounted, from $269 to $218! It's not too late to take advantage of the discounted prices. The sale doesn't end until midnight, August 31st. Diana

18. [BIDDLE-DNA] summer sale on testing upgrades at FTDNA [1]
Hello List, FTDNA is having a "Sizzling Summer Sale" on upgrades. These discounts are only available to current project members, ones who have already had at least some testing done at FTDNA. If I recall correctly, this is only the second time (third at most) in the seven years I've been ad
19. [BIDDLE-DNA] Admin's computer problems will affect list/project for awhile [1]
My apologies that this message is only tangentially on topic, but it does affect my communications with you - the mailing list subscribers and DNA project members - as well as the maintenance of the DNA project web site. On Saturday morning, 3/29, Outlook decided to self-immolate. Sparing you the long story, I ended up permanently losing all email dated between 3/25 and 3/29. So, if you have any private emails to or from me for that period, I would very much appreciate your forwarding me a copy for my act

21. [BIDDLE-DNA] display of results at FTDNA Biddle/Etc project [1]
Just a heads up... When FTDNA revamped the web site interface, they made data NOT showing on the project results page the default. If you want your data to show up here: https://www.familytreedna.com/public/biddle/default.aspx?section=yresults and you don't see it there, now, then you need to change one of the Privacy settings on your FTDNA account. Login to your account at FTDNA, then, on the left under "Your Account," click the "Manage Personal Information" link. Then click the "Privacy and Sharing
