In your message pertaining to Peter Black, you also mention a Douglas Black who lived for a time in Decatur County, Georgia. I am trying to track down DECATUR BLACK who bought land in Arkansas County, Arkansas around 1898. The census stated that he was from North Carolina. Could there be a relation, or just coincidence? Ralph
