hi. This is for a friend I am helping. This is just a collateral line,
but I noticed she has a an Ann/Anna Henry in WVa who married a man,
unknown, with the last name of Black. she would have been born between
the 1930's-40's and unsure when she died. This would be my friends aunt
and uncle. I'm hoping we can find a little more info like where Anna
was born and died, etc., to get a migration pattern going as this is a
brand new genealogist:) Thanks for any help you can give:) You can

Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know I've been up for the past 2
hours (since 12am) updating the homepage. The databases I got up were
for the Kern list (yes, I know it took me forever, and there is very
little info up on the Kern, even now, but better late than never!), but
there is also a new section at the bottom of the main index page for all
of you to read. It is a guideline of how to post messages to the list.
Not only is it for the list, but can be used for queries on message
boards

Sorry to take so long to reply.
I do not have the Jane L BLACK that you mention identified in my tree.
My BLACK line was in Sussex & Kent Counties. Some of them could have moved
up to New Castle, but I cannot confirm any.
I am still very interested in any BLACKs that can be traced to Delaware.

Hi there,
For those of you who follow stocks, Yahoo (YHOO) eclipsed $400.00/share
a few weeks ago on the stock market. When this company was just starting
out they gave away stock as a promotional item. It would have been nice
to have been a part of that, right? Well, it's happening again. The

Hello,
I am trying to find descendants of Maltie Black. Please note that I am not

picture is written: Oren Keller, Afton, Okla. Then later inscribed by an
elderly hand is written: Maltie Black. I would love to give the picture of
the descendants of Maltie Black. She is quite a striking young woman about
twenty in the picture. Thank you Alyson Crippen acrippen@4state.com

it doesn't exist, just that it is not listed as a feature on a USGS

Hello folks, just wanted to let you know that I just added the 1790
census info for NH, VT, RI, CT, and ME on the Black surname. I still
need to get NC, SC, and NY, but if you want that info before I get it
up, email me with a specific name your are looking for, don't ask for
them all because there are a LOT there. (that's why I haven't gotten
them up yet...no time!) Sorry about not getting these up sooner, I
completely forgot! Also, I have most of the Black surname in the 1920
Mecklenburg Co., NC census
