Outside of Waco, there lived a family of Blacks that go back to the 1850's.Augustus Gustavus Black moved there from Murray Co Ga.
He had several children that were raise in Crawford Tx (Mclennan Co). My father sold the farm in about 1975. A G Black's genealogy is several places on the internet. Could be kin.
