I have nothing specific on your post (quoted below), but since you
note Western PA, I leave no stone unturned.
I have numerous ancestors in Western PA also. Among them is Mary
BLACK (my ggg-grandmother), who married George GENSAMER of Huntingdon
County, PA, sometime prior to 1840. I'm afraid I have nothing else
except that she may also have been born in Huntingdon Co. If it
helps, they had at least one child, Samuel GENSAMER, b. 31 July 1839,
in Half Moon Township, Centre County.

I'm looking for my gggrandfather James Black b. 08 Feb. 1798 Clark Co. Ky.
d. 03 July 1882 Champaign Co. Ohio. M. Caroline H. Culbertson 06 Mar. 1832
Logan Co. Ohio. They had 7 children Susan , Lucy, Alexander C., Caroline,
John R., Elizabeth (my G.grandmother), James W. And I think a grandson
Jessie Kizer.
James parents were Capt. Alexander Black who settled on Mad River in 1809
and was married to Jane Crocket of Va. He died in June of 1854.

Looking for an Annie Black who married an Andrew Jackson "jack"
JOYCE in area around upper middle TN around the turn of the century. She
had 2 children by him. Florence and Jack JOYCE. She died when Jack was a
baby. "Jack" Sn. left little Jack with another family for several years.
