Looking for information on the following family: James Black b. 11-8-1812 d. 7-2-1897 from Cleveland County, North Carolina m. Jemima (maiden name Ledford, I believe) b. 6-21-1819 d. 11-21-1901 I have copies of the 1850, 1860 and 1870 Cleveland County census' for James and Jemima. Here's some notes on my Henry Black who was born in KY but also lived in IL. Lived in Kentucky in 1800's. Other Places of residence: Gregg twp., Morgan Cnty., Indiana in 1850; Neoga Precinct, Cumberland Cnty., Illinois in 1860; Mill Crk., Washington Cnty., Kansas in 1870;-Henry was 68 on the 1870 census.
