A look at the ways you can tell if you're taking genealogy just
a little too seriously...
To put the "final touches" on your genealogical research,
you've asked your closest relatives to provide DNA samples.
Your house leans slightly toward the side where your
genealogical records are stored.
You decided to take a two-week break from genealogy, and
the U.S. Postal Office immediately laid off 1,500 employees.
You plod merrily along "refining" your recently published family

Hello again Listers,
Today I received the 1880 US Census on multiple CD's from the Family History
Center. I will do look-ups. Please put "LOOK-UP 1880" in the subject line.
For the best results, please provide the first and last name of your
ancestor. The state in which they resided in 1880 would help, or an
approximate birthdate that's plus or minus five years. If you're looking
for a female married ancestor, the spouses given name helps to make sure I
get the right one.
This census is wonderful. No
FYI from another list.
This sounds like a wonderful opportunity for those of us doing family
research.
