I have had several inquiries from NW/Plains CCs as to the legality of allowing applicants to apply for more than one vacant seat as it's not allowed during the regular elections. I am putting it up here so that their concerns can be addressed. Maggie

This is very much open to interpretation and my best guess would be only another Executive order could do this. My actual thought was to take the extra time to do this amendment carefully. That means sponsoring by states and not hurrying the process. Maybe a temporary motion, saying that the current Tombstone Representative would become the Special Projects Representative until the amendment can be molded and enacted. From my reading regarding Executive Orders they can not be overturned or revised except with another Executive Order".
