Betsy, my understanding is that the vote is on the motion as amended, not on
the amendment.....if it's not (and now that you mention it, we probably do
need to go back and revote, amendment first, then whole motion), then Tim
probably needs to back up, state clearly what the vote is on, and start
over.....

the USGW Census Project.
We started in February 1997, and there were 26 of us.. and I was
the first transcriber and now we have over 1400 transcribers... This
is how we have grown since then!
