3. [BOGGS-L] Myrtle Boggs [1]
Thanks all who helped. I found out that Myrtle Boggs was the ONLY "living" child of Sarah Alice (Williams) Skaggs and David Boggs. She had 5 - 1/2 brothers and sisters that were Skaggs children. Any info that you may come across on Sarah Alice (Williams) Skaggs and / or David Boggs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Rewa

5. [BOGGS-L] Boggs History [1]
I obtained this from David Williams, son of Cratis Williams; Cratis generated this about 1978, after his retirement as acting chancellor, Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina in 1976. This gives some insight into how people lived in the early days of the settlement of Eastern Kentucky. I can't attest to the accuracy of the information, but personally think it's reliable. Couldn't resist checking out the site, www.photopoint.com . Below is an excerpt from that site. I have no idea whether one has to have been a member to get the CD. That doesn't seem to make much sense. At any rate, I will be watching and thought some others might want to do the same. Pat Update: Mon Mar 11 11:14:15 AST 2002 We apologize for the delays. Things are taking a bit longer than expected, but we do expect to have online CD ordering for PhotoPoint accounts some time prior to Monday, March 25th

I wish I had known about this site before it went down. If you've already paid to have the pictures put on the site, why would you need to pay for what you already had? Are they offering "all" pictures? I'm clearly confused. Incidentally, I went to ancientfaces and could not find any pics. Any suggestions there? It does seem that we are going to be asked to pay a ransom for our pictures. Like I said before, there are a lot of people unhappy about this situation. Re www.ancientfaces.com After go
