In a series of law suits in Fleming Co., KY between 1851 and 1854, several witnesses named individuals that are buried in the Penland or Hurst Cemetery that is lost to genealogical researchers because one of the defendants allowed hogs to graze in the cemetery thus destroying any genealogical evidence that did exist in that cemetery Have checked the depositions from the subsequent court case and no Bradfords buried there But thought it a good genealogh story worth telling Glenn
