For those of you doing research on the Richard Bradford, Francis Taylor line. I am the Gr.Gr.Granddaughter of Dudley Bradford and a direct descendant of Richard Bradford and Francis Taylor. Richard's father Richard Bradford Sr. was Christened on 9 Dec. 1911, St. Thomas, London, England. His father was Vespasian Bradford. It is said that his children were born by his maid. She is listed as such in the records.
I need to do further research on this so I am not listing her name.

Richard,
Hello. My name is Joyce and I am descended from Vespasian Bradford, circa 1590, London, England. My family has what is called by some Acute Tremmors and others PD.
My Uncle was diagnosed with Parkinsons and my doctor has stated that my "tremmors" could be Parkinsons but I have not had a definite diagnosis because I also have low blood sugar. My older half-brother also had severe tremmors. All of my children have tremmors. I was told Parkinsons is not a genetic illness. The members of my family have

My husband is descended from Robert and Margaret Bradford of Greene Co PA. Last week we took a 'genie trip' and met Bob Bradford, descendant, who has done a great job of research and has a book on the Bradford family in the library in Waynesburg (County seat of Greene Co). He took us on an amazing ride in the country, pointing out Robert's land holdings, pointing out where the fence lines were, etc. He also showed us James Bradford's lands. (James is son of Robert and Margaret - also direct ancestor of
I am looking for information on Carrie (Lawell) Bradford. She was my Grandfather's first wife. They had one child Reed Bradford. Reed's Social Security application lists his mother as Carrie Lawell, I suspect that it was Lawwill. No other information on her. My Grandfather was born in 1874 in KY. My Dad says in Fleming Co. He also lived in Mason Co. I would guess her birthdate to be between 1875-1880, Reed was bon 8 Feb 1900 in Maysville, Mason Co., KY.
Any news, even if bad, would be helpful.
Thanks
Joe

My Lucy Bradford lived in Springfield, Vt. in the late 1700's so I don't think they are the same. She was descended from the Governor of the Mayflower Colony. you might search your Bradford ancestor back to the Mayflower - there were a bunch of them and they spread out.
