Hello all,
I'm searching for a Jean Tucker who lives or lived in Jefferson, IA as recently as 1998. I've read in a Bradford newsletter that she has a 19 page history of the descendants of Nancy Bradford b. March 21, 1781 in VA. Nancy married a Joseph Tucker & their family lived in OH, IN & IA. If Jean Tucker is out there I'd be interested in seeing her research. Or if anyone else also has the descendants of Nancy Bradfrord I'd like to hear from them.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi Don,
In my post earlier I was asking for info & had mentioned the Bradford
newsletter that Russel puts out. Then David asked for the address so I
thought I'd just post it to the list in case anyone else wanted it too. As
for any info you may have, I'd love to have it. We have spoken before
actually & it was you who directed me to write to Russell in the 1st place.
At the time I was mainly interested in the descendents of James, the 10th
child of John & Hannah. (For the record, my # in Russells sy
Dear Bradford-L Members,
Please accept my apology for having this family letter being in the E Mail
for our list. I do not know how that happened because I never made a reply to
the letter and I am completely dumbfounded as to how it got out. I am a very
private person and am totally embarrassed. I do not know what to say but I
would never have done this on purpose and am very sorry. Thank you for your
understanding.
Sincerely,
Dale300@aol.com

Hello ,
I have an old Genealogy on my Bradford ancestry that was done over
10 yrs.ago. There were 3 Genealogists involved, and it apparently wasn`t
resolved whether there was a connection with my Bradford ancestry to
Gov.William Bradford (1589-90~5-19-1657) or not.
(Briefly: He came from Amsterdam Holland on the Mayflower to
Plymouth,Mass.)
If anyone is familiar with the Gov.William Bradford line of
ancestry.....
I could certainly use your help.I have alot of the history on this line
as
far as names,
Which London? Canada or England?

Brad Henderson

Regarding the personal letter,
I doubt many read it! I look at the subject lines to decide what to
read. This didn't look like it had to do with my research so I didn't
bother looking at it. Mistakes happen!

Keizia Tilda Bradford was born November 8, 1819, died March 3, 1906.
She is buried in Gilmer County, GA. She married Thomas Jenkins, who
disappeared in 1854. Keizia is listed in the Fannin County, GA,
census in 1900 with her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Sarah Harris
Jenkins.
In the Gilmer County, GA, census, for 1870, Lucy Aaron, age 72, is
listed as living with Keizia Jenkins. I believe Lucy is Keizia's
mother, who may have remarried.
There is a Lucy Bradford listed on the Cherokee County, GA, rol
Hi David,
I got your Eamil & thought that maybe I should just reply to the list as
well so everyone can see it. The Bradford newsletter I was talking about is
called "Bradford Family History Newsletter" or just BFHN. It has 3 issues
that I know of & I believe there is another in the works which has already
gone past it's due release date. It's put out by Russell R. Bradford & it
deals with all descendants of John Bradford (b April 8, 1745 in Yorkshire,
England) & his wife Johanna Regina Shrout (b Ma
