I am looking for the parents/siblings of HUGH BRADFORD, NC veteran of the War of 1812 who received bounty land in TN. He married first Peggy Harrison in 1814 in TN and 2nd married Kessiah Davison in 1818 also in TN. I descend through his son Haynes J. Bradford. In trying to find his parents I have searched all the 1810 NC census records for a Bradford who was the right age to be his parent. I show that ELISHA was born about 1669, in Kingston, MA, son of JOSEPH and JAEL (HOBART) BRADFORD. He died June 16, 1747, in Kingston. My line came from James, son of David and Elizabeth Bradford, who was born in 1816 in Orange Co. He had a brother, John, Born in Orange in 1818. John married a Sarah Jane (?). Does anybody know who a Henry Bradford was, whose TN will was dated 1828? Also, does any body know who a Henry Bradford was, who married Rebecca Giman in 1844?
