I found the Bradfords in "Biographical Rosters of Florida's Confederate and Union Soldiers" by Hartman -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CAPTAIN DENT'S BATTERY, LIGHT ARTILLERY 6th Sgt Silas P. Bradford enlisted 12/21/61 at Pensacola and appears as 6th Sgt in early 1862. He was wounded at Shiloh in early April 1862 and was dropped after 4/30/62. He may have been transferred as 2nd Lt to Company G, 25th Regiment Alabama Volunteers 5/6/62. ---------
