I purchased this book from Mr. Fowke. It is the most up to date book on the Fowks I have read.. It dates from 925-2001.
At the time I purchased it a couple years ago, it was selling for $44.00 USD.
It is amazing the information that it contains. It is 592 pages. The price includes shipping from New Zealand.
